摘  要:在电子类相关专业中,电路的设计、PCB制作、焊接及调试是学生的基本技能,也是教师或科研工作者从事应用型创新研究的基本步骤。文章采用感光制版技术,利用感光油墨的光化学反应经蚀刻等环节制成PCB。实践证明,该方案设计实物质量高、效果好且经济实用,为高校对于时效性要求较高的如课程设计、学科竞赛、教师科研初期的实物制作提供一定的借鉴作用。In electronic-related professions,the design of circuits,PCB production,soldering and debugging are the basic skills of students,as well as to the teachers or researchers engaged in applied innovative research as the basic step.This paper introduces a photosensitive plate technology,using photochemical reaction of photographic ink by etching and other links made of manual PCB.Practice proved that the photosensitive plate method can make high quality product with good outcome and the method is economic and practical.It can provide reference for universities with high requirements of timeliness,such as course design,discipline competition,the initial physical production of research product.
