转化式学习模式在全科医生培训中的应用及思考

摘　　要：随着健康中国战略的实施,“以健康为中心”的医学模式对基层卫生服务体系建设提出更高的要求,其中构建合格的全科医生队伍首当其冲。“武汉中美全科住院医师规范化培训试点项目”在全科医生培训中,探索应用转化式学习模式,通过建立以练为主的转化式学习培训理念,在基地管理、教师队伍、教学运行和评价反馈体系的建立中,对比研究转化式学习模式对学员的临床能力、批判性思维能力和领导素质的影响。结果显示,学员的综合评价呈现增长趋势,执业医师资格考试和住院医师规范化培训考核全部一次性通过。通过对转化式学习模式的实践应用经验进行分析总结,为全科医生培训模式的创新提供参考。With the implementation of the Healthy China Strategy,the"health-centered"medical model puts forward higher requirements for the construction of primary health service system,among which the construction of qualified general practitioners bears the brunt.Wuhan Sino-American standardized training pilot project for general residents explored the application of transformative learning mode in general practitioner training.By establishing the training concept of transformative learning based on practicing,the influence of transformative learning model on students’clinical ability,critical thinking ability and leadership quality was comparatively studied in the establishment of base management,teaching staff,teaching operation and evaluation feedback system.The results showed that the students’comprehensive evaluation had an increasing trend,and the qualification examination for medical practitioners and standardized training examination for residents all passed at one time.This paper analyzed and summarized the practical application experience of transformative learning mode,and provided reference for the innovation of general practitioner training mode.
