摘　　要：近年来在静脉溶栓的基础上,动脉溶栓及新型血管内介入治疗器械相继应用于临床实践,使脑血管病患者明显获益,而并发症是其预后不良的主要原因之一。其中胆固醇结晶栓塞是血管内介入治疗的少见并发症。本文报道1例血管内介入治疗后并发面动脉、舌动脉胆固醇结晶栓塞的脑梗死患者的诊疗过程,旨在增加神经科介入医师对本病的认识及快速诊断水平。In recent years,on the basis of intravenous thrombolysis,arterial thrombolysis and new endovascular interventional therapy instruments have been applied in clinical practice,and bring great benefits to patients with cerebrovascular disease.Complications are one of the main reasons for poor prognosis of patients.Cholesterol crystal embolization is one of the rare complications of endovascular interventional therapy.This article reports the diagnosis and treatment process of a case of cholesterol crystal embolism of facial artery and lingual artery after endovascular interventional therapy for cerebral infarction,aiming to increase the understanding and rapid diagnosis of this disease by neurologists.
