摘　　要：先兆子痫是一种常见的威胁孕妇生命的妊娠期高血压疾病。补体活化对维持健康的妊娠起着至关重要的作用,但补体系统的过度激活或不适当可能会导致先兆子痫的发生。本文就补体系统在先兆子痫发病中的活化和作用进行简要概述,为补体成分作为先兆子痫临床诊断的生物标志物和预防靶点提供参考依据。Preeclampsia(PE)is a life-threatening hypertensive disorder pregnancy.Comple⁃ment activation plays a crucial role in sustaining a healthy pregnancy,whereas the excessive activa⁃tion or inappropriate regulation of the complement system could contribute to the development of pre-eclampsia.This review summarized the activation and role of the complement system in PE,to provide references for the complement molecules as clinical diagnostic markers and prevention target of PE.
