不同贮藏条件和播种基质对裂果薯种子萌发的影响

摘　　要：为了研究不同贮藏条件和播种基质对裂果薯种子萌发的影响,初步掌握裂果薯种子繁殖技术,开展了裂果薯种子贮藏及繁殖试验。结果表明:室温干沙藏和低温湿沙藏效果较好,裂果薯种子平均发芽率分别为18.00%和18.75%;且以褐土为播种基质时,室温干沙藏和低温湿沙藏裂果薯种子发芽率分别为27.5%和29.5%,明显高于以河沙为播种基质。说明裂果薯种子可以通过低温湿沙贮藏并以褐土为播种基质进行播种繁殖,3年能开花结果。In order to study the effects of different storage conditions and sowing substrates on seed germination of Schizocapsa plantaginea Hance,and preliminarily master the seed propagation technology of Schizocapsa plantaginea Hance,the storage and propagation experiments were carried out.The results showed that the effects of dry sand storage at room temperature and wet sand storage at low temperature were better,and the average germination rates of Schizocapsa plantaginea Hance seeds were 18.00%and 18.75%respectively.When cinnamon soil was used as the sowing substrate,the seed germination rates of Schizocapsa plantaginea Hance stored in dry sand at room temperature and wet sand at low temperature were 27.5%and 29.5%respectively,which was significantly higher than that in river sand.It showed that the seeds of Schizocapsa plantaginea Hance could be stored in wet sand at low temperature and use cinnamon soil as the sowing substrate.After three years of sowing,they could bloomand bear fruit.
