唐山地区健康体检人群幽门螺旋杆菌感染状况分析

摘　　要：目的探讨唐山地区健康人群幽门螺旋杆菌(Hp)感染情况,为唐山地区人群Hp早期预防及临床治疗Hp感染提供依据。方法选取2019年7月至2020年9月于开滦总医院健康体检的9944名唐山地区群众作为研究对象,利用尿素^(14)C呼气实验检测Hp感染情况。结果9944名健康体检人群中,Hp阳性感染4510名,总感染率为45.35%;男性Hp感染率(46.69%)高于女性(42.62%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Hp感染率随年龄增长而增高,>20~30岁感染率最低为36.78%,>70岁感染率最高为56.60%;不同年龄Hp感染阳性率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Penrson相关性分析结果显示,Hp感染率与年龄呈正相关(r=0.091,P<0.05)。结论唐山地区Hp感染率低于全国水平,老年人、男性Hp感染率较高,且Hp感染率与年龄呈正相关。唐山地区健康人群应加强Hp感染的健康教育,有针对性地进行Hp检测,并进行有效治疗。Objective To investigate the infection of Helicobacter pylori(Hp)in healthy people in Tangshan area,and provide evidence for early prevention and clinical treatment of Hp infection in people in Tangshan area.Methods 9944 people in Tangshan area who received health checkups at Kailuan General Hospital from July 2019 to September 2020 were selected as the research subjects,and the urea ^(14)C breath test was used to detect the infection of Hp infection.Results Among the 9944 healthy people,4510 were Hp positive infection,the total infection rate was 45.35%;the Hp infection rate of males(46.69%)was higher than that of females(42.62%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The infection rate of Hp increased with age,the lowest infection rate was 36.78%for>20-30 years old,and the highest was 56.60%for>70 years old;the positive rate of Hp infection in different ages was compared,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);Penrson correlation analysis showed that the Hp infection rate was positively correlated with age(r=0.091,P<0.05).Conclusion The Hp infection rate in Tangshan area were lower than national level,the Hp infection rate was higher in the elderly male population in Tangshan area and Hp infection rate was positively correlated with age.Healthy people in Tangshan area should strengthen the health education of Hp infection,carry out Hp detection in a targeted manner,and carry out effective treatment.
