摘  要:采用薄层层析(TLC)、高效液相色谱(HPLC)技术,对金荞麦药材醇提物中的黄烷醇类成分进行分析和鉴别,并对药典方法中的HPLC条件进行优化(如流动相种类、洗脱方式、检测波长)。色谱条件为:采用Symmetry C18(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱,流动相为乙腈-甲酸水溶液(pH=3.0)等度洗脱,7.5∶92.5的比例,1.0 mL·min^(-1)的流速,280 nm的检测波长,35℃的柱温。结果表明,金荞麦提取物和表儿茶素标准品溶液在相同的保留时间下有相同的峰出现。方法准确可靠,重现性好,可用于金荞麦片的质量控制检测。The flavanols composition of alcohol extract of Fagopyrum buckwheat was analyzed and identified by Thin-Layer Chromatography and High-Performance Liquid Chromatography and were optimized the high performance liquid(HPLC)method in Ch P,such as the type of mobile phase,the type of elution and the detection wavelength.The detection conditions was Symmetry C18(150 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)column with the mobile phase of acetonitrile and methane acid solution(pH=3.0)in a gradient elution,the radio of 7.5∶92.5,the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min^(-1),and the wavelength to detect was 280 nm,the temperature of column was 35 ℃.There was the same peak appeared under the same retention time about the Fagopyrum buckwheat extracts and epicatechin standard solution.This method was accurate,reliable,reproducible and could be used for quality control of Fagopyrum buckwheat.
