摘　　要：为了改变通用英语翻译APP准确率较低、权威性不高的问题,设计一种适用于大学英语学习的英语翻译APP,建立一种全本地化开发模式,将翻译词库、翻译引擎、语音引擎等全部部署到APP中央机房本地,排除了所有第三方API服务接口和服务内容对翻译质量的影响。线上评测中,该APP较同类APP获得了更高的客观数据表现和主观评价结果。最终认为该软件适用于大学生参加CET、TEM及留学英语语言能力认证考试的实际需求。In order to change the problem of low accuracy and low authority of general English translation app,an English translation app suitable for College English learning is designed,and a full localization development mode is established.The translation thesaurus,translation engine and voice engine are all deployed locally in the app central computer room,The impact of all third-party API service interfaces and service contents on translation quality is excluded.In the online evaluation,the app obtained higher objective data performance and subjective evaluation results than similar apps.Finally,it is considered that the software is suitable for the actual needs of college students to participate in CET,TEM and English Language Proficiency Certification Test for studying abroad.
