摘　　要：目的:探讨视频脑电图VEEG检测在脑卒中后继发性癫痫PSE临床诊断及预后评估中的应用价值。方法:选取78例PSE患者为研究对象,分别采用常规脑电图REEG和VEEG检测,比较两种方法检测结果,并分析VEEG检测与预后的关系。结果:VEEG组痫样放电检出率和临床发作检出率分别为91.10%、67.61%,均高于REEG组的57.69%、42.22%%(P<0.05);以癫痫放电和同步临床症状为阳性诊断标准,VEEG组阳性诊断率为61.51%,高于REEG组的24.36%(P<0.05);随着疗效提升,癫痫放电和临床发作检出率依次降低(P<0.05)。Objective:To explore the application value of video electroencephalograph(VEEG)detection in the clinical diagnosis and prognosis evaluation of post-stroke epilepsy(PSE).Methods:A total of 78 patients with PSE were enrolled as the research objects.All underwent routine electroencephalograph(REEG)and VEEG detection.The detection results by the two methods were compared.The relationship between VEEG detection and prognosis was analyzed.Results:The detection rates of epileptiform discharges and clinical seizures in VEEG group were 91.10%and 67.61%,higher than those in REEG group(57.69%,42.22%)(P<0.05).Taking epileptiform discharges and synchronous clinical symptoms as positive diagnostic standard,positive diagnostic rate in VEEG group was higher than that in REEG group(61.51%vs 24.36%)(P<0.05).With the improvement of curative effect,detection rates of epileptiform discharges and clinical seizures were decreased in turn(P<0.05).Conclusion:The diagnostic value of VEEG is high for PSE,which can evaluate prognosis.
