基于互斥性组合矩阵的古浪县农村居民点的布局优化研究

摘　　要：【目的】完善国土空间规划中的农村居民点优化布局路径。【方法】在评价全域国土空间生态重要性和建设适宜性的基础上,通过搭建二者的互斥性组合矩阵,来优化古浪县农村居民点的空间布局。【结果】依据国土空间生态重要性评价结果,古浪县的国土空间生态重要性程度可以划分为4个分区:一般重要区、中度重要区、高度重要区、极重要区,其占比分别为38.54%、32.32%、19.29%、9.84%;依据农村居民点布局适宜性评价结果,将古浪县划分为不适宜区、基本适宜区、较适宜区、适宜区4个适宜性等级区,其占比分别为29.95%、23.64%、22.37%、24.04%;根据国土空间生态重要性评价结果和农村居民点布局适宜性评价结果互斥性组合矩阵,将古浪县农村居民点划分为优先发展区、重点建设区、限制建设区和生态搬迁区4类。【结论】基于互斥性矩阵的古浪县农村居民点布局优化方案经验证分析,符合当地资源分布、开发与生态保护的特征,分布于生态搬迁区(8.80%)和限制建设区(7.87%)的居民点的搬迁、整理与有序退出是实现古浪县农村居民点优化布局的重点。【Objective】Improving the method to optimize the pattern of rural residential land on the land spatial planning.【Method】Building a mutually exclusive combination matrix to optimize the pattern of rural residential land based on the evaluation of the ecological importance of land space and the suitability of rural settlements in Gulang County in Gansu of China.【Result】According to the evaluation results of the ecological importance of land space,land space of Gulang County could be divided into 4 types:generally important areas,moderately important areas,highly important areas,and extremely important areas,the proportion of which is 38.54%,32.32%and 19.29%,9.84%respectively.According to the results of the evaluation of the suitability of the layout of rural settlements,Gulang County was divided into four types:suitability grade areas:unsuitable area,basic suitable area,more suitable area and suitable area,accounting for 29.95%,23.64%,22.37%and 24.04%respectively.According to the interactive combination matrix of the evaluation results of the ecological importance of land space and the evaluation results of the suitability of the layout of rural settlements,the rural settlements in Gulang County could be divided into four categories:priority development area,key construction area,restricted construction area and ecological relocation area.【Conclusion】The optimization scheme of rural settlement layout in Gulang County based on mutual exclusivity matrix was verified and analyzed,which was in line with the characteristics of local resource distribution,development and ecological protection.The relocation,sorting and orderly exit of settlements distributed in ecological relocation areas(8.80%)and restricted construction areas(7.87%)are the key points for realizing the optimal layout of rural settlements in Gulang County.
