奥氮平治疗精神病的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察精神病患者应用奥氮平治疗的效果。方法66例精神病患者,依照治疗方式差异分为对照组与观察组,各33例。对照组患者接受氯氮平治疗,观察组患者接受奥氮平治疗。比较两组患者治疗后生活质量评分及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组不良反应发生率12.12%明显低于对照组的33.33%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组躯体功能、社会功能、心理功能以及物质功能评分分别为(75.55±4.53)、(75.35±3.41)、(78.62±2.43)、(80.44±2.32)分,均明显高于对照组的(63.53±4.52)、(62.64±3.43)、(63.32±2.43)、(66.34±2.42)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论精神病患者应用奥氮平治疗可有效改善其临床症状,用药安全性较高,不会导致患者出现严重不良反应,值得临床推广和应用。Objective To observe the effect of olanzapine in the treatment of psychosis.Methods A total of 66 patients with psychosis were divided into control group and observation group according to the difference of treatment methods,with 33 cases in each group.Patients in the control group received clozapine therapy,and patients in the observation group received olanzapine therapy.The quality of life scores and occurrence of adverse reactions after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 12.12%,which was significantly lower than 33.33%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of physical function,social function,psychological function and material function in the observation group were(75.55±4.53),(75.35±3.41),(78.62±2.43)and(80.44±2.32)points,which were significantly higher than(63.53±4.52),(62.64±3.43),(63.32±2.43)and(66.34±2.42)points in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Olanzapine treatment for psychosis patients can effectively improve their clinical symptoms.The medication is safer and will not cause serious complications in patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
