摘  要:本文以2018—2020年新三板、科创板以及创业板上市公司为样本,使用倾向得分匹配法与双重差分法检验创新券是否对中小企业竞争力具有提升效果,同时还检验了创新券的滞后效应。另外,本文加入企业创新绩效作为中介变量,检验了“创新券—企业创新绩效—企业竞争力”的作用路径。研究结果表明:创新券对于中小企业的竞争力具有显著的正向影响效果;滞后一年创新券对于企业竞争力仍具有显著的正向影响;创新券对于企业创新绩效具有显著的正向影响效果且创新券可以通过促进企业创新绩效进而提升企业竞争力。基于分析结果本文为政府使用创新券提升企业竞争力提出了相关建议。This paper uses propensity score matching and difference in difference to analyze whether innovation vouchers improve the competitiveness of small and medium-sized enterprises(SME)as well as the lag effect of innovation vouchers based on the data of all listed company of NEEQ,GEM and science and technology innovation board from 2018 to 2020.In addition,this paper takes enterprise innovation performance as an intermediary variable to test the action path of"innovation voucher-enterprise innovation performance-enterprise competitiveness".The results show that innovation vouchers have a significant positive effect on the competitiveness of SME;After one year’s lag,innovation vouchers still have a significant positive impact on the competitiveness of enterprises;Innovation vouchers have a significant positive effect on the innovation performance of enterprises,and innovation vouchers promote the competitiveness of enterprises by promoting the innovation performance of enterprises.Based on the analysis results,this paper provides suggestions for the government to use innovation vouchers to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.
