激光辅助下眼袋整形术联合A型肉毒毒素注射对老年眼周松弛患者的整形效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨激光辅助下眼袋整形术联合A型肉毒毒素注射对老年眼周松弛患者的整形效果。方法抽取2018年10月至2021年10月开封市中心医院收治的老年眼周松弛患者84例,按照随机数字表法分为联合组和单一组,每组42例。单一组采用激光辅助下眼袋整形术治疗,联合组在单一组基础上进行A型肉毒毒素注射鱼尾纹。比较两组整形效果、恢复情况、康复时间、治疗满意度及不良反应发生情况。结果联合组总有效率(90.48%,38/42)高于单一组(71.43%,30/42),P<0.05;联合组皮肤色泽增强、鱼尾纹减轻及眼袋减轻率[95.24%(40/42)、97.62%(41/42)、95.24%(40/42)]均高于单一组[80.95%(34/42)、80.95%(34/42)、78.57%(33/42)],P均<0.05;联合组康复时间[(13.68±0.58)d]短于单一组[(16.72±0.64)d],P<0.05;联合组治疗满意度(92.86%,39/42)高于单一组(73.81%,31/42),P<0.05;联合组不良反应发生率(7.14%,3/42)低于单一组(23.81%,10/42),P<0.05。结论激光辅助下眼袋整形术联合A型肉毒毒素注射治疗老年眼周松弛,可提高整形效果,增强患者皮肤色泽,减轻鱼尾纹及眼袋,缩短康复时间,提高治疗满意度,降低不良反应发生率。Objective To study the cosmetic effect of laser-assisted blepharoplasty combined with botulinum toxin type A injection on elderly patients with periocular laxity.Methods A total of 84 elderly patients with periocular laxity treated in Kaifeng Central Hospital from October 2018 to October 2021 were selected and divided into combined group and single group according to random number table method,with 42 cases in each group.The single group was treated by laser-assisted blepharoplasty,and the combined group was treated by botulinum toxin type A injection in crow’s feet based on the treatment of the single group.The effect of plastic surgery,recovery condition,recovery time,treatment satisfaction and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the combined group was 90.48%(38/42),which was higher than the 71.43%(30/42)of the single group(P<0.05).The skin color enhancement,crow’s feet relief rate and pouch relief rate in the combined group(95.24%,40/42;97.62%,41/42;95.24%,40/42)were higher than those in the single group(80.95%,34/42;80.95%,34/42;78.57%,33/42),allP<0.05.The recovery time of the combined group was(13.68±0.58)d,shorter than the(16.72±0.64)d of the single group(P<0.05).The treatment satisfaction rate of the combined group was 92.86%(39/42),which was higher the 73.81%(31/42)of the single group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the combined group was 7.14%(3/42),which was lower than the 23.81%(10/42)in the single group(P<0.05).Conclusions Laser-assisted blepharoplasty combined with botulinum toxin type A injection in elderly patients with periocular laxity can improve the cosmetic effect,enhance the skin color,reduce crow’s feet and eye bags,shorten the recovery time,improve the treatment satisfaction,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
