摘  要:针对电缆线径推挤系统存在时变性、非线性、时滞性导致超调量大,抗干扰能力差等缺点,传统比例—积分—微分(PID)控制器不能满足实际需求,引入改进蝙蝠算法(IBA)和MAC预测控制对控制器进行优化。通过IBA对控制器参数进行快速调节,MAC算法预测线径值并进行实时在线校正,通过两种算法的结合使用寻找到合适的PID参数对线径控制系统进行控制以达到线径生产的要求。通过对控制系统加入脉冲扰动进行测试,结果表明:IBA预测算法要优于传统PID算法,调节精度更准、调节时间大大缩短。Aiming at the shortcomings of the cable diameter pushing system,such as nonlinearity,large inertia,and time lag leading to large overshoot and poor anti-interference ability,traditional proportion integration differentiation(PID)controllers cannot meet actual needs,so improved bat algorithm(IBA)and MAC predictive control are introduced to control the controller is optimized and improved,and the controller parameters are quickly adjusted by improving the bat algorithm.The MAC algorithm predicts the difference between the wire diameter value and the target wire diameter value for real-time online correction.The combination of the two algorithms finds the appropriate PID parameter pair line the diameter control system controls to meet the requirements of wire diameter production.The test results show that the improved bat prediction algorithm is better than the traditional PID algorithm by adding impulse disturbance to the control system.The adjustment accuracy is more accurate and the adjustment time is greatly shortened.
