摘  要:目的调查研究黄冈市孕妇的营养知识、态度、健康行为及其影响因素。方法选取黄冈市2021年1月-2022年1月到院接受产检的968例孕妇作为研究对象,各孕妇均接受营养知识、态度及健康行为调查,并分析影响孕妇健康行为和营养知识的因素。结果调查968例孕妇所掌握的营养知识后得知,仅人体每日所需能量构成正确率(90.91%)高于错误率(9.09%),鸡汤和鸡肉哪个更有营养、浅色蔬菜和深色蔬菜哪个更有营养等知识正确率均低于错误率(P<0.05);968例孕妇营养态度,其中891例孕妇认为孕期确保营养非常重要(92.05%),且愿意去学习营养内容。分析孕妇日常饮食种类可知,大部分孕妇食用谷物、水果、蔬菜三类食物频率高,但对特殊食物食用频率较低,如坚果类、菌藻类、鱼贝类,每日食用率仅10.12%、9.30%、41.84%。此后推广中,需多鼓励并宣传食用此类食物;单因素分析可知,在孕妇营养知识、态度、健康行为考核方面,本科及以上及格率为38.33%,高于中专或大专及格率(25.93%),中学及以下及格率(12.81%)(x²=34.1100),家庭经济收入7000-9999元及格率(41.12%)高于家庭收入3000-6999元的27.69%、0-2999元的0.52%(x²=53.3578),行政管理人员及格率36.78%、专业技术人员及格率30.79%,高于无工作人员的6.71%、商业服务人员的12.50%(P<0.05),回归分析可知,影响孕妇健康行为的主要因素包含文化程度、职业、经济收入。结论黄冈市孕妇健康行为和营养知识仍然存在较多问题,需采用多种方式进行干预,健康、积极地引导黄冈市孕妇摆正自身态度,以更好地掌握营养知识,并养成良好的健康行为。0bjective To investigate the nuritional knowledgeattiude and health behavior of pregnant women in Huanggang city and analyze the infueneing factors.Methods A total of 968 pregnant women in Huanggang eity from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected as the study subjects.The nutritional knowledge ttitude and health behavior of pregnant women were investigated,and the factors affecting the health bchavior and nutritional knowledge of pregnant women were analyzed.Results Ater investigating 968 pregnant women with nutritional knowledge,only the corret rate of daily energy composition of human bodly was 90.91%higher than the eror nate of 9.09%,and the knowledge correet rate of chicken soup and chicken,light vegetable and dark vegetable was lower than the error rale(P<0.05).968 pregnant women had nutritional attitudes.of which 891(92.05%)believed it was very important to ensure nutrition during pregnancy and were willing 10 learn nuritional content.By analyzing the types of daily diet of pregnant women,it can be seen that most pregnant women eat cereals,fruits and vegetables more frequently,but eat speeial foods less frequently.such as nuts.algae and fish.with daily consumption rates of only 10.12%,9.30%and 41.84%.In the subsequent promotion,il is necessary to encourage and publieize their consumption of such fod;Univariale analysis showed that 38.33%of pregnant women passed the examination of nutritional knowledeg,atitude and health behavior with bachelor degree or above was higher than 25.93%of pregnant women passed the examination of secondary school or junior college,12.81%of pregnant women passed the examination of middle school or below(x 2=34.1100).The pass rate of 41.12%of families with economic income of 70009999 yuan was higher than 27.69%of families with income of 3000-6999 yuan and 0.52%of families with income of 0-2999 yuan(x 2=53.3578).The pass rale of administrative personnel was 36.78%,hat of professional and technical personnel was 30.79%.which was higher than that of non-working personnel 6.71%,and
