摘　　要：目的 分析肝胆胰疾病微创手术术后早期并发症的发生原因及腹腔镜治疗的可行性。方法 回顾性分析2019年1月至2021年10月开滦总医院肝胆外科二病区腹腔镜治疗术后早期并发症的7例患者的临床资料。探讨腹腔镜治疗肝胆胰术后早期并发症的适应症、可行性及处理方法。结果 再手术原因分别为术后出血、胆瘘、结肠瘘,7例患者经腹腔镜顺利完成术后并发症的治疗,所有患者再次微创手术后均顺利恢复,无远期并发症发生。结论 再手术前仔细分析并发症的发生原因及严重程度,术中系统有序探查、正确的处理和充分的腹腔引流是腹腔镜成功治疗术后并发症的关键。准确把握腹腔镜治疗肝胆胰疾病术后并发症的指征,实施及时有效的腹腔镜再手术可取得良好效果。Objective To analyze the causes of early complications after minimally invasive surgery for hepatobiliary and pancreatic diseases and the feasibility of laparoscopic treatment. Methods The clinical data of 7 patients with early postoperative complications treated by laparoscopy in the second ward of hepatobiliary surgery of Kailuan general hospital from January 2019 to October 2021 were analyzed retrospectively.To explore the indications, feasibility and management of laparoscopic treatment of early complications after hepatobiliary pancreatic surgery.Results The causes of reoperation were postoperative bleeding, biliary fistula and colonic fistula.7 patients successfully completed the treatment of postoperative complications by laparoscopy.All patients recovered smoothly after minimally invasive surgery, and there were no long-term complications.Conclusion Careful analysis of the causes and severity of complications before reoperation, systematic and orderly exploration, correct treatment and sufficient abdominal drainage are the key to the successful treatment of postoperative complications by laparoscopy.Accurate grasp of the indications of postoperative complications of laparoscopic treatment of hepatobiliary and pancreatic diseases and timely and effective laparoscopic reoperation can achieve good results.
