摘  要:针对车身R角测量过程会受到测量角度和测量环境的影响,导致提取特征信息少、拟合精度不高的问题,提出一种圆弧特征数据提取与拟合的方法。先对实测数据利用双边滤波消除噪声数据,然后利用所提出方法可以有效针对不完整圆弧的点云进行特征数据筛选,并通过迭代重加权最小二乘算法进行特征数据的拟合。文章所提出方法经过实验验证,测量结果与三坐标测量结果进行对比,线激光测量平均误差为0.018 mm,相比于R规测量平均误差降低了0.0061 mm。The R Angle measurement process of auto-body will be affected by the measurement Angle and measurement environment,resulting in less extracted feature information and low fitting accuracy.In this paper,a feature data extraction and fitting method of circular arc is proposed.Firstly,the noise data is eliminated by bilateral filtering,and then the feature data can be effectively screened against the point cloud of incomplete circular arc by using the proposed method,and the feature data can be fitted by iterative reweighted least square algorithm.Based on the experimental verification of the proposed method,the measurement results were compared with the coordinate measuring machine(CMM)results,and the average error of the line laser measurement was 0.018 mm,which was 0.0061 mm lower than the average error of the R gauge measurement.
