摘 要:楔形板因其特有的楔度特征造成在矫直过程出现矫直独有的变截面尺寸矫直问题。无法通过传统的板带矫直模型进行工艺制定与质量管控,只能通过人工经验对矫直阶段进行管控,造成人工干预下无法保证楔形板质量长期稳定。本文以楔形板矫直为研究对象,以通过对楔形板矫直过程压下量及矫直力模型的计算,来解决因楔形板变截面厚度矫直过程中的动态变化问题,并采用Abaqus有限元进行仿真模拟。通过理论建模与仿真分析,能够精确地获取工艺数据及矫直过程矫件的变化趋势。用线性递减方案矫直楔形板时,理论压下量与理想压下量之比接近1,满足递减规律压下要求。通过有限元仿真分析,验证了理论模型与仿真模型的一致性,为后续优化矫直工艺提供了研究基础。The slope feature of the longitudinal profiled plate causes the unique variable section size straightening problem of straightening during the straightening process.So only the manual experience be used the process formulation and quality control in the straightening stage,instead of the traditional strip straightening model,which could not ensure the long-term stability of the longitudinal profiled plate quality under manual intervention.Therefore,this paper takes longitudinal profiled plate straightening as the research object,by calculating the reduction and straightening force model during the straightening process,to solve the dynamic change problem due to the change of the longitudinal profiled plate section thickness,and simulate by Abaqus.Through theoretical modeling and simulation analysis,the process data and the change trend of the straightening parts in the straightening process be accurately obtained.When straightening the longitudinal profiled plate with the linear decreasing scheme,the ratio of the theoretical reduction to the ideal reduction is close to 1,which meets the decreasing reduction requirements.Through the finite element simulation analysis,the consistency of the theoretical model and the simulation model is verified,which provides a research basis for the subsequent optimization of the straightening process.
