摘 要:以垃圾焚烧发电厂推料器为对象,分析目前在用的开环和闭环两种速度控制方法及其特点,结合推料器实际安装环境和性能要求,对原速度控制方法进行优化。实验表明,推料器采用位置反馈闭环控制方式可使给料速度既能快速响应设定值又能保证给料量不产生较大偏差。此控制方法更适合在速度设定值频繁变化的自动燃烧控制系统中投用,可为其他对速度控制与给料量控制均有要求的场合提供方案参考。The feeder of waste incineration power plant was taken as the object,two speed control methods of the open loop and closed loop used at present and their characteristics were analyzed.Combined with the actual installation environment and performance requirements of the feeder,an improved speed control method was proposed.The experiments showed that the feeder adopted position feedback closed-loop control mode could not only make the feeding speed respond to the set value quickly,but also ensure that the feeding volume did not produce large deviation.This control method was more suitable for automatic combustion control system in which the speed setting changes frequently,and could provide scheme reference for other occasions with requirements for both speed control and feed volume control.
