摘  要:研究旨在探索乳酸乳球菌发酵复方中药对乌鳢生长和肠道炎性损伤指标的影响。将360尾乌鳢随机分为对照组、乳酸乳球菌发酵复方中药添加组、嗜水气单胞菌肛灌组以及嗜水气单胞菌肛灌+乳酸乳球菌发酵复方中药添加组,每组3个重复,每组30尾,养殖8周,随后检测乌鳢生长及肠道炎性损伤指标。结果表明,与对照组相比,乳酸乳球菌发酵复方中药添加显著提高乌鳢的末重、平均增重率和饲料效率(P<0.05),显著提高血清补体C3(C3)、溶菌酶(LZM)水平(P<0.05),显著降低乌鳢肠道Na+K+-ATP酶和髓过氧化物酶(MPO)的活性(P<0.05),显著降低乌鳢肠道白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)mRNA表达水平(P<0.05),回调嗜水气单胞菌肛灌引起的乌鳢末重、平均增重率和饲料效率下降,血清D-乳酸水平及肠道Na+K+-ATP酶、碱性磷酸酶(AKP)和MPO活性的上升,肠道IL-1β和肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)mRNA表达水平的上升,使乌鳢的末重、平均增重率、饲料效率、血清D-乳酸水平及肠道Na+K+-ATP酶、AKP、MPO活性及IL-1βmRNA表达水平与对照组无显著性差异(P>0.05),但肠道TNF-αmRNA表达水平仍显著高于对照组(P<0.05),并进一步提高嗜水气单胞菌肛灌引起的血清C3、LZM水平的上升(P<0.05)。本试验条件下,乳酸乳球菌发酵复方中药添加不仅促进乌鳢的生长和肠道健康,还能改善嗜水气单胞菌肛灌带来的生长抑制和肠道炎性损伤。This study aimed to explore the effects of compound traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)fer⁃mented by Lactococcus lactis on the growth and intestinal inflammatory injury indexes in snakehead,Chan⁃na argus.The 360 fishes were randomly divided into four groups with three replicates per group and 30 fishes per replicate.The four groups were control group,compound TCM fermented by Lactococcus lac⁃tis supplementation group,Aeromonas hydrophi⁃la anal intubation group and Aeromonas hy⁃drophila anal intubation+compound TCM fer⁃mented by Lactococcus lactis supplementation group,respectively.After fed for eignt weeks,the growth and intestinal inflammatory injury in⁃dexes in fish were detected.The results showed that:compared with the control group,the fer⁃mentation of compound TCM significantly im⁃proved the final weight,average weight gain rate and feed efficiency,and significantly improved the se⁃rum complement C3(C3)and lysozyme(LZM)levels(P<0.05),significantly reduced the activities of intes⁃tinal Na+K+-ATP enzyme and myeloperoxidase(MPO)(P<0.05),and significantly reduced the mRNA ex⁃pression level of intestinal interleukin-1β(IL-1β)(P<0.05).The fermentation of compound TCM could re⁃verse the decrease in the final weight,average weight gain and feed efficiency,the increase in the level of serum D-lactic acid and the activies of intestinal Na+K+-ATP enzyme,alkaline phosphatase(AKP)and MPO,and the increase in the mRNA expression levels of IL-1βand TNF-α,which caused by Aeromonas hydrophila anal intubation,and bring the final weight,average weight gain rate,feed efficiency,the level of serum D-lactic acid,the activities of intestinal Na+K+-ATP enzyme,AKP and MPO and the mRNA ex⁃pression levels of IL-1βin line with those in the control group(P>0.05),but the intestinal TNF-αmRNA expression level was still significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).However,the in⁃crease of serum C3 and LZM levels caused by Aeromonas hydrophila anal intubation was further im⁃proved(P<0.05).U
