不同填充材料在眼眶骨折修复中的应用比较

摘　　要：不同填充材料在眼眶骨折修复中的应用比较.方法:选取2017年5月-2020年5月我院收治的84例眼眶骨折患者的治疗情况进行总结.按随机数字表法进行分组,2组各42例.对照组用MED-PORE填充材料填充骨折缺损区,观察组用可吸收板植入物填充骨折缺损区.对比2组术前、术后2个月眼球突出度差值、术后2周、1个月、2个月眼球内陷矫正率、术后2周、1个月、2个月、1年复视率、术后并发症.结果:术前、术后2组眼球突出度差值均无统计学差异(P>0.05),术后眼球突出度差值低于术前(P<0.05).2组术后2周、1个月、2个月眼球内陷矫正率无统计学差异(P>0.05).2组术后2周、1个月、2个月、1年复视率对比无统计学差异(P>0.05).随访过程中,观察组无并发症发生,而对照组在术后1年出现1例迟发性眶蜂窝组织炎,1例植入物移位,经上颌窦开放术治疗取出该植入材料后患者出现明显好转.2组总并发症率对比无统计学差异(P>0.05).结论:可吸收板植入物和MEDPOR外科种植体在眼眶骨折修复中的效果相当,但可吸收板植入物并发症更低,更有利于术后CT复诊显影.To compare the application of different filling materials in the repair of orbital fractures.Methods:The treatment conditions of 84 patients with orbital fractures admitted to our hospital from May 2017 to May 2020 were summarized.According to the random number table method,there are 42 cases in each group.The control group was filled with MEDPORE filler material,and the observation group was filled with absorbable plate implants.The difference of proptosis degree before operation and 2 months after operation,the correction rate of entropy at 2 weeks,1 month,and 2 months after operation,the diplopia rate at 2 weeks,1 month,2 months,and 1 year after operation,and the rate of diplopia after operation were compared between the two groups.Post complications.Results:There was no statistical difference in the difference of proptosis between the two groups before and after opera-tion(P>0.05),and the difference of proptosis after operation was lower than that before operation(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the correction rate of entropy between the two groups at 2 weeks,1 month,and 2 months after operation(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in diplopia rate between the two groups at 2 weeks,1 month,2 months and 1 year after surgery(P>0.05).During the follow-up,no complications occurred in the observation group,while 1 case of delayed orbital cellulitis and 1 case of implant displacement occurred in the control group 1 year after surgery.The patient showed marked improvement.There was no significant difference in the total complication rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Absorbable plate implants and MEDPOR surgical implants have similar effects in orbital fracture repair,but absorbable plate implants have lower complications and are more conducive to postoperative CT follow-up imaging.
