摘  要:基于甲醇合成气的组成要求,对不同气态烃制备甲醇合成气转化工艺技术的优缺点和适用性进行分析比较,认为联合转化法是目前大型气态烃制甲醇较佳的工艺路线。根据原料气组成、催化剂性能特点,结合热力学模拟计算结果,考察单一操作参数及多种控制因素组合对装置性能的影响,优化了工艺流程和工艺参数,可节省25%外供蒸汽。采用分步筛选法选出低能耗操作参数组合,通过装置经济性比选确定采用联合转化串并联部分饱和流程,选取出适用于该流程的最佳工艺条件。建立了联合转化工艺计算模型和不同条件下工艺选择方法,为工程设计提供参考。Based on the expected composition requirements of methanol plant syngas,the study of multiple process for large-scale gaseous hydrocarbon to syngas includes process characteristic analysis and applicability investigation,and combined reforming is concluded as an appropriate process scheme.The process and operational parameters are optimized on the investigation of feed composition and catalyst performance,comparison of process thermodynamic simulation,research of impact analysis of single operation parameters with multiple control factors,and 25%of the external steam can be saved.Operational parameters for the low energy consumption process are filtered stepwise,and a series-parallel partial saturation combined reforming process is established on basis of techno-economic,and the optimum process operational condition is determined as well.The combined reforming process calculation model and process parameters filtering method on different process conditions are established for a reference in engineering process study.
