江西莲花传统打锡工艺探析

摘　　要：打锡是一项以锡金属为对象的传统手工艺,具有极高的文化价值和丰富的内涵。江西莲花打锡工艺浸润了吴楚文化和庐陵文化,体现了文化的多元性和综合性,反映了器物制作技术与审美艺术的经验知识综合,于2014年入选第四批国家级化遗产代表性项日名录。在梳理有关莲花打锡工艺历史文献的基础上,通过田野调查法和访谈法,翔实地记录了锡工匠将“锡”变为“锡器”的全过程。莲花锡器制作共有17道工艺,可分5个阶段,具有人与自然和谐统一,技术经验积累性与连贯性的统一以及合规律性与目的性统一的文化特质。The craft of handmade tin is a traditional handicraft with tin metal as the object,which has rich cultural value and connotation.The craft of handmade tin products in Jiangxi Lianhua was selected as the fourth batch of national level in 2014 The list of representative items of cultural heritage,infiltrating WuChu culture and Luling culture,which reflects the diversity and comprehensiveness of culture,reflects the synthesis of experience and knowledge of utensil production technology and aesthetic art.On the basis of sorting out the historical documents of LianHua⁃making tin,through field investigation and case interviews,the process of making"tin"into"tin ware"by tin craftsmen with the help of skilled manual skills is recorded in detail.The 17 craftsmanship of LianHua tinning are divided into five steps,which embodies the cultural characteristics of the harmony and unity of man and nature,the accumulation and coherence of technical experience,and the unity of purpose and rationality.
