摘 要:本研究旨在探讨共轭亚油酸(CLA)对贵妃鸡生产性能、蛋品质、血清和蛋黄生化指标、抗氧化能力以及在蛋黄中富集量的影响,以开发CLA强化的贵妃鸡鸡蛋。试验选用63周龄健康的贵妃鸡360只,随机分为5个组,每组6个重复,每个重复12只鸡。对照组饲喂基础饲粮+4%大豆油;CLA组分别饲喂在对照组饲喂基础上添加1%、2%、3%和4%CLA的饲粮,并分别以相应的CLA添加量等量替换大豆油。试验预试期7 d,正试期42 d。结果表明:1)与对照组相比,1%CLA组和4%CLA组贵妃鸡平均日采食量极显著降低(P<0.01),4%CLA组产蛋率显著降低(P<0.05),1%CLA组、2%CLA组和3%CLA组料蛋比显著提高(P<0.05)。2)与对照组相比,饲粮添加CLA有提高贵妃鸡蛋壳强度的趋势(P=0.060)。3)与对照组相比,2%CLA组、3%CLA组和4%CLA组贵妃鸡血清甘油三酯(TG)含量极显著降低(P<0.01),各CLA组血清低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)含量极显著降低(P<0.01),2%CLA组血清高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)含量极显著提高(P<0.01);各CLA组贵妃鸡蛋黄总胆固醇(T-CHO)含量极显著降低(P<0.01)。4)与对照组相比,1%CLA组贵妃鸡血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性极显著提高(P<0.01),4%CLA组血清谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性极显著提高(P<0.01),各CLA组血清丙二醛(MDA)含量极显著降低(P<0.01),2%CLA组和3%CLA组血清过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性极显著提高(P<0.01);2%CLA组、3%CLA组和4%CLA组贵妃鸡蛋黄总超氧化物能力(T-AOC)以及SOD和CAT活性极显著提高(P<0.01),各CLA组蛋黄GSH-Px活性极显著升高(P<0.01)、蛋黄MDA含量极显著降低(P<0.01)。5)与对照组相比,2%CLA组贵妃鸡蛋黄中CLA的富集量极显著升高(P<0.01)。综上所述,饲粮添加3%和4%CLA对贵妃鸡生产性能有不利影响;饲粮添加2%CLA可提高蛋壳强度,降低血清和蛋黄中胆固醇含量,提高抗氧化能力,且在蛋黄中CLA的富集量最高,有利于生产CLA强化鸡蛋。The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of conjugated linoleic acid(CLA)on performance,egg quality,serum and yolk biochemical indices,antioxidant capacity and enrichment in egg yolk of royal chickens,in order to develop CLA-enhanced eggs.A total of 360 healthy royal chickens of 63-week-old were randomly divided into 5 groups with 6 replicates per group and 12 chickens per replicate.Chickens in the control group were fed a basal diet+4%soybean oil,and those in CLA groups were fed diets supplemented with 1%,2%,3%and 4%CLA on the basis of the control group,respectively,and soybean oil was replaced with the corresponding amount of CLA,respectively.The pre-trial period lasted for 7 days,and the trial period lasted for 42 days.The results showed as follows:1)compared with the control group,the average daily feed intake of royal chickens in 1% CLA group and 4% CLA group was extremely significantly decreased(P<0.01),the laying rate in 4% CLA group was significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the feed to egg ratio in1% CLA group,2% CLA group and 3% CLA group was significantly increased(P<0.05).2)Compared with the control group,dietary CLA tended to increase the eggshell strength of royal chickens(P=0.060).3)Compared with the control group,the serum triglyceride(TG)content of royal chickens in 2% CLA group,3% CLA group and 4% CLA group was extremely significantly decreased(P<0.01),the serum low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)content in CLA groups was extremely significantly decreased(P<0.01),and the serum high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)content in 2% CLA group was extremely significantly increased(P<0.01);the egg yolk total cholesterol content of royal chickens in CLA groups was extremely significantly decreased(P<0.01).4)Compared with the control group,the serum superoxide dismutase(SOD)activity of royal chickens in 1%CLA group was extremely significantly increased(P<0.01),the serum glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)activity in 4% CLA group was extremely significantly increased(P<0.01),the serum
