摘  要:受被测钢板停顿、震动、钢板倒退、以及钢板表面反射率等因素影响,出现激光测速仪测长误差过大、性能不稳定等问题,导致自动剪切钢板出现长度误差的短尺损失。借助视觉识别技术应用,开发应用定尺测量复检系统,与原三维测量剪切系统联网,实现视觉识别激光标线测量与激光测速仪共同控制,实现双重验证,确保高精度自动剪切同时具备提供剪切后的真实长度,实现了精准剪切。Under the influence of such factors as the pause,vibration,backset of the measured steel plate,and the reflectivity of the steel plate surface,problems such as excessive length measurement error and unstable performance of the laser velocimeter may occur,resulting in the loss of the length error of the automatic shear steel plate.With the application of visual recognition technology,a fixed length measurement and recheck system is developed and applied,which is networked with the original three-dimensional measurement and cutting system to realize the joint control of visual recognition laser marking measurement and laser speed meter,and realize double verification,so as to ensure high-precision automatic cutting and provide the real length after cutting,and realize accurate cutting.
