摘  要:针对少渣冶炼时干法除尘易泄爆、开吹不易起燃、吹炼过程易喷溅、返干等主要问题,制定了合理留渣量、溅渣工艺、吹氧工艺、造渣制度以及留渣次数等应对措施。该技术全面推行后,吨钢成本降低7元左右,转炉渣量吨钢降低20 kg以上,经济效益和社会效益十分可观。In view of the main problems of dry dedusting in smelting with less slag,such as easy explosion,difficult ignition in blowing,easy splashing and back drying in blowing process,countermeasures such as reasonable slag retention,slag splashing process,oxygen blowing process,slag forming system and slag retention times are formulated,and the effect is remarkable.After the full implementation of this technology,the cost per ton of steel is reduced by about 7 Yuan,and the amount of converter slag per ton of steel is reduced by more than 20 kg.The economic and social benefits are very considerable.
