摘　　要：该文对一种全自动裹包机的工艺进行简述,关键部件提出设计要点并对其进行分析,增加产品伸缩输送链装置设计,减小了供送纸板运行的加速度值,大幅度提高了设备运行效率,同时得出产品伸缩输送链与连续推杆重合区域最小长度设计计算公式。In this paper,the process of a fully automatic wrapping machine is described briefly.The design key points of the critical components are put forward and analyzed,which can increase the design of the device of product expansion conveyor chain,reduce the acceleration magnitude of the operation of the charging paperboard,and greatly improve the operation efficiency of the equipment.At the same time,the calculation formula of the minimum length of the product expansion conveyor chain and the continuous push rod overlap area is obtained.
