摘 要:加强实践环节是培养大学生解决复杂工程问题最有效的途径。大学生科研训练项目是基于复杂工程问题和创新性人才培养实践模式,也是以实际科研问题、技术研发为核心的一种新型教学模式。以学生参与科研训练项目“曲柄滑块机构动平衡检测实验装置研制”实践过程为例,从曲柄滑块动平衡理论、实验台机械结构设计、测控系统软硬件开发、实验方法的设计及实验数据分析等方面,阐述了培养学生学习并整合相关知识的技能,提升学生解决复杂工程问题能力的教学过程。开发的检测实验装置也可用于机械原理相关实验课程教学。Practice is the most effective way to train college students to solve the complex engineering problems,college student research training project is a practical mode of innovative talents training based on complex engineering problems and projects,is a teaching mode with practical research problems and technology research and development as the core.This paper takes the students’participation in the practical process of the student research training project“Development of Crank Slider Mechanism Dynamic Balance Detection Experimental Device”as an example.From the aspects of crank slider dynamic balance theory,mechanical structure design of experimental platform,software and hardware development of measurement and control system,experimental method design and experimental data analysis,this paper expounds the whole process of cultivating students’ability to learn and integrate relevant knowledge,and improving students’ability to solve complex engineering problems.The detection experimental device developed in this paper can also be used in mechanical principle related experimental courses.
