摘　　要：仪器设备是高校科学研究、技术开发及实验教学的主要保障。十四五时期,随着国家对仪器设备购置的不断投入,为了有效利用科研经费,避免重复购买闲置设备,进行周密细致的前期购置调研十分必要。我校医学院公共技术平台从仪器购置申请、用户需求调研、仪器技术指标调研等环节不断探索并总结经验,制定了特有的仪器购置前措施,充分保障了仪器购置工作的效益。Instruments and equipment are the main guarantee of scientific research,technological development and experimental teaching in universities.During the 14th Five Year Plan period,with the continuous investment of the state in the purchase of instruments and equipment,in order to effectively use the scientific research funds and avoid the purchase of idle equipment,it is necessary to carry out a thorough and meticulous investigation of the early purchase.The public technology platform of our school has been exploring and summarizing experience from the aspects of instrument purchase application,user demand survey,instrument technical index survey,etc.,and has formulated special measures before instrument purchase,which fully guarantees the benefit of instrument purchase.
