摘　　要：高校实验室安全的风险防控,事关高校师生生命健康和社会和谐稳定。目前,如何有效实施安全管控逐渐成为高校实验室安全管理的焦点。本文基于高校实验室安全研究趋势分析和国家有关对高校实验室安全管理的规定,从重点实验安全、安全制度体系、安全责任体系、教育培训体系、条件保障体系和特种设备体系6个子系统出发,深入分析各系统存在的隐患和管控的要点,构建出高校实验室安全云系统,并从立体化管控的角度开展实践,完善实验室信息化安全管理,切实提升高校实验室的安全管理水平。The risk prevention and control of laboratory safety in colleges and universities is related to the life health of teachers and students and social harmony and stability.At present,how to effectively implement safety control has gradually become the focus of university laboratory safety management.Based on the trend analysis of university laboratory safety research and the relevant national regulations on university laboratory safety,this paper deeply analyzed the existing hidden troubles in each system and control points from the perspective of six subsystems such as key experimental safety,safety institution system,safety responsibility system,education and training system,condition security system and special equipment system.And the laboratory safety cloud system in our university was constructed.Moreover,practice of stereoscopic control was conducted.The in formatization security management of laboratory has been continuously improved.The safety management level of university laboratories has been effectively enhanced.
