摘　　要：党建与业务深度融合,是党建推动公立医院高质量发展的必然要求。该研究采用访谈法,深入了解北京某三甲医院党建与业务融合中存在的问题,构建党建与业务深度融合的工作路径,即从宏观上把握党委和支部“两个层面”;从微观上,在党委层面做好“一个优化”、强化“四个机制”,在党支部层面发挥“三个作用”。在实践的基础上,对工作路径的实施进行效果评价和经验总结,以期为其他公立医院党建提供有价值的参考和借鉴。The deep integration of party construction and medical service is an inevitable requirement for party construction to promote the high-quality development of public hospitals.The study adopted the interview method to understand the problems in the integration in a tertiary hospital in Beijing,and to build a path for the deep integration of party building and medical service.At the macro level,the path suggested managing the“two levels”of the party committee and the party branch;at the micro level,the party committee should stick to“One Optimization”and“Four Mechanisms”,and the party branch should play“three roles”well.On the basis of practice,the effect of the path was evaluated and the experience was summarized to provide valuable reference for party building in public hospitals.
