摘　　要：本文从主要做法、存在问题和下一步工作建议的角度,对公立三级专科医院人才引进和培养模式进行了探索与分析,力求将人才队伍建设和人才梯队建设落到实处。为各类人才搭建干事创业的平台,让事业激励人才,让人才成就事业。This paper explores and analyzes the ways of talent introduction and its training mode in public tertiary specialized hospitals from the perspective of main practices,existing problems and suggestions for the next step so as to put the construction of talent team and talent echelon into practice.It suggests hospitals to build a platform for all kinds of talents to work together and start their own businesses so that the medical cause motivates the talents and in response the talents can realized great medical cause.
