摘  要:“鲜采鲜用”是傣医最具特色的用药方式,贯穿于傣族人民的疾病防治、养生保健和食疗文化之中。探讨傣药鲜药的应用现状及开发前景,整理傣医常用鲜药品种目录及习用部位,比较其在药膳、康养中的应用差异,总结鲜药用药特点、独特疗效及应用前景,为傣药鲜药品种开发提供借鉴。"Picking and using fresh medicines"is the most characteristic Dai medicine used way.The application of Dai fresh medicines,which is of great significance,has been running through disease prevention,health care and dietary therapies.To explore the current application status and development prospect of Dai fresh medicine,to compile the catalog of fresh medicine species commonly used in Dai medicine and their customary parts,to compare their application differences in medicinal cuisine and recreation,to summarize the characteristics of fresh medicine use,unique efficacy and application prospect,and to provide reference for the development of Dai fresh medicine species.
