替牙期乳磨牙龋病应用材料和微创治疗研究进展

摘　　要：儿童龋病发病率逐年上升,在替牙期期间,乳磨牙稳定期较长,容易发生相关龋病,治疗过程中患儿由于恐惧心理等难以配合。随着口腔材料和生物学技术的更新和发展,新型儿童龋病微创治疗技术与新型修复材料获得广泛应用,为乳牙龋病临床治疗中带来了更佳的选择。乳牙龋病的微创治疗技术可以有效清除组织感染、阻断病变的进展,力求最大程度维护和保留天然健康的牙体。与其相关的儿童心理生理学研究也进一步深入,有效降低患儿的恐惧与不适,在治疗过程中能更好地配合。以上优势使微创治疗技术和新型修复材料逐渐成为临床研究热点,本文从儿童替牙期乳磨牙龋病特点及去龋原则、微创去龋治疗技术和生物学微创材料的进展方面进行综述,探讨儿童龋病综合防治技术,为预防儿童龋病提供帮助。The incidence rate of dental caries in children is increasing year by year.In mixed dentition stage,primary molars have a long stable period and are prone to related caries.During the treatment,children are often difficult to cooperate due to fear and other emotions.With the update and development of oral materials and biological technology,the new minimally invasive treatment technology and new restorative materials for dental caries in children have been widely used,bringing a better choice for the clinical treatment of primary dental caries.Minimally invasive treatment of primary dental caries can effectively remove tissue infection,block the progress of lesions,and strive to maintain and retain natural and healthy teeth to the greatest extent.The related research on children's psychophysiology has also been further deepened,which can effectively reduce children's fear and discomfort,so they can cooperate better in the treatment process.The above advantages make the minimally invasive treatment technology and new repair materials gradually become the focus of clinical research;thus,this paper discusses the characteristics and principles of caries removal of primary molars caries in mixed dentition stage,the progress of minimally invasive treatment technology and biological minimally invasive materials,and discusses the comprehensive prevention and treatment technology of children's caries,so as to provide help for the prevention of children's caries.
