摘  要:围绕解决同一门机上抓梁和抓斗切换的繁琐导致工作效率低下的问题,通过对抓梁和抓斗工作原理和工作方式的研究,在保证设备使用功能的前提下,采用将抓梁和抓斗进行一体化设计,减少设备切换时拆除动滑轮轴的工序,能极大地提升工作效率,有效降低了传输电缆水下泄露的机率,为电站的稳定运行提供强有力的保障。The purpose of this paper is to solve the problem of inefficiency caused by tedious switching between beam and grapple on the same gantry crane.The working principle and mode of beam and grapple are studied.On the premise of guaranteeing the function of equipment,the integrated design of beam and grapple is adopted to reduce the work of removing the movable pulley shaft during equipment switching.It can greatly improve work efficiency,effectively reduce the probability of underwater leakage of transmission cable,and provide strong guarantee for stable operation of power plant.
