摘 要:大型水电站运行队伍逐步年轻化,存在着工作经验梯度较大,传帮带周期长。水电站自动化原件迭代更新越来越快,有些突发事件并无先例,缺少相关工作经验,不可避免地存在知识盲区。传统的培训方式已不能满足运行工作现状,创新班组培训模式,引导班组员工自主学习,依托“能源互联网”拓展班组安全培训模式,推进运行班组安全培训工作动态提升,才能使运行人员迅速胜任工作岗位。The operation team of large-scale hydropower stations is becoming younger gradually.There are problems such as large gradient of working experience and long teaching period.The renewal of automatic components of hydropower station is getting faster and faster.There are some unexpected incidents without precedent,lack of relevant work experience and knowledge blind area inevitably exists.Traditional training methods can no longer meet the current operating conditions.Through innovating group training mode,guiding group employees to learn independently,expanding group safety training mode relying on energy internet,and promoting dynamic improvement of group safety training,the operators can be quickly qualified for the job.
