摘　　要：普车实训既是对已学理论课程的实践巩固,也为数控实训及后续课程打基础。普车实训具有一定的危险性,必须加强安全教育与管理。在实训中以“8S管理”标准对学生进行工厂化管理,将安全教育管理主线贯穿整个实训过程,注重对学生品质和意识的培养,努力培养出是有较高综合素质的专业技能型人才。The general car training is not only a practical consolidation of the theoretical courses that have been learned,but also a foundation for the numerical control training and subsequent courses.General vehicle training has certain dangers,and safety education and management must be strengthened.In the training,the“8S management”standard is used to manage the students in a factory,and the main line of safety education management runs through the entire training process,and the cultivation of students'quality and awareness are paid attention to so as to cultivate talents with professional skills and high comprehensive quality.
