摘  要:数字孪生系统又称数字化双胞胎系统,它是指以数字化方式拷贝工厂的物理对象,模拟工厂在现实环境中的行为,对产品的设计、工艺、制造乃至整个工厂进行虚拟仿真,从而提高产品研发、制造的生产效率,提前预判出错的可能,实现解决生产成本,降低生产损耗的目的。数字孪生是一种创新意识的体现,是正在改变工业进程的号角,是我们必须迎接的新时代,最终达到解决生产、高效生产、柔性生产、智能生产,打造企业持久的竞争力。The digital twin system,also known as the digital twin system,refers to digitally copying the physical objects of the factory,simulating the behavior of the factory in the real environment,and performing virtual simulation of product design,process,manufacturing and even the entire factory,thereby improving product quality.The production efficiency of R&D and manufacturing can predict the possibility of errors in advance,so as to achieve the purpose of solving production costs and reducing production losses.Digital twin is a manifestation of innovation consciousness,a clarion call that is changing the industrial process,and a new era that we must embrace,and the final purpose is to achieve the solution of production,efficient production,flexible production,and intelligent production,so as to create lasting competitiveness of enterprises.
