摘 要:本文研究了非铺装道路情况下非公路宽体车的动态质量测定问题,针对现有车辆质量测试的不足,提出了基于车辆动力学模型的动态质量测试方法,该方法首先需要建立精确的车辆动力学和地面力学模型,基于现有无人驾驶硬件平台设计了专门的动态质量测试系统,分析了测试过程的偏差数据并在算法中剔除异常数据,车辆质量数据通过均方根值持续累计并实时显示在测试监控界面上,通过测试数据表明:上述方法获取的数据有效且误差较小,具有很大的现实意义,对于无人驾驶车辆经济性控制算法具有决定性作用。This paper studies the dynamic mass measurement of off-highway wide-body vehicles under the condition of non-paved roads.Aiming at the shortcomings of the existing vehicle quality testing,a dynamic quality testing method based on the vehicle dynamics model is proposed.Based on the existing vehicle dynamics and ground mechanics models,a special dynamic quality test system is designed based on the existing unmanned hardware platform,and the deviation data of the test process is analyzed and abnormal data is proposed in the algorithm.The vehicle quality data is continuously measured by the root mean square value.It is accumulated and displayed on the test monitoring interface in real time.The test data shows that the data obtained by the above method is eff ective and the error is small,which has great practical signifi cance and plays a decisive role in the economic control algorithm of unmanned vehicles.
