摘  要:《中华人民共和国家庭教育促进法》(以下简称《家庭教育促进法》)有着超越传统意义的时代内涵、现代性特征。立足现代历史背景,应在包括学校教育、家庭教育和社会教育的现代教育制度视野下,从现代家庭内外部属性出发,去把握其精髓要义。其时代特性具体表现在时代背景上时代性与历史性的统一、家庭教育目的上立德为先与全面发展的统一、家庭教育本质上生活性与教育性的统一、家庭教育途径上积极陪伴与创造经历的统一、家庭教养知识上阶段性和全局性的统一、家庭教育责任分工上私人性和公共性的统一六个方面。Family Education Promotion Law of the People’s Republic of China(hereinafter referred to as“Family Education Promotion Law”) attaches great importance to family education from the legislative perspective, and has the connotation of the times and the characteristics of modernity beyond the traditional meaning. It is necessary to grasp the essence of promotion law in the modern historical background and the vision of modern education system including school education, family education and social education, also from the internal and external attributes of modern family. Its characteristics of the times are embodied in six aspects: the first is the unification of times and history in the background of the times;the second is the unification of morality first and full development in purpose of family education;the third is the unification of life and education in essential attributes of family education;the fourth is the unification of accompanying positively and creating experience in the way of family education;the fifth is the unification of periodic knowledge and general knowledge in the knowledge of parenting;the sixth is the unification of privacy and publicity in the division of responsibility of family education.
