摘  要:SBS改性沥青因其优良的路用性能被广泛应用于沥青路面中上面层;同时,道路维修、改建工程中会产生大量老化的SBS改性沥青混合料,再生后可投入循环利用。对SBS改性沥青老化过程中的性能指标和微观结构的变化规律进行研究,结果表明:韧性、针入度指标不受SBS改性剂掺量影响,与SBS改性沥青老化程度呈正相关。基于此,将SBS改性沥青老化程度分为轻、中、重三个等级,通过多重再生方案组合,以恢复其韧性、针入度指标为尺度,提出针对性的沥青再生方案,深入挖掘旧SBS改性沥青的再生价值,将其分等级后投入再生使用,有助于在公路工程中高效地实现“双碳”目标。SBS modified asphalt is widely used in the upper layer of asphalt pavement,because of its excellent road performance.Road maintenance and reconstruction produce a large number of aging SBS modified asphalt mixtures,which can be recycled after regeneration.In this paper,the change law of performance index and microstructure of SBS modified asphalt in aging process is studied.The results show that toughness and penetration are not affected by SBS modifier dosage,are positive correlation with SBS modified asphalt aging degree.Based on this,the aging degree of SBS modified asphalt is divided into three grades:light,medium and heavy.Through multiple regeneration scheme combinations,taking toughness and penetration recovery as the scale,the research deeply explore the regeneration value of old SBS modified asphalt by using it in a gradation way,which is beneficial to realize dual carbon target efficiently in highway engineering.
