摘 要:传统上,国际中文教育都是全汉字教学,汉语拼音只是作为注音工具。汉语拼音具有辅助性文字的作用。当前,国际中文教育需要加速推进,设立全拼音教学是加快中文推广的新举措,也是一种辅助性文字的试验。来华留学生类型不同,存在全拼音教学的需求。从学理上讲,只要满足适当定型化的需要,并有拼音-汉字智能转换的支持,就可以在“受限汉语”的基础上,即在“言文适配”的情况下,实现全拼音教学。全拼音教学具有阶段性,至少可以帮助汉语学习者顺利完成初级阶段学习。与此同时,“拼音+识字”和全汉字教学可以为另一部分学习者提供不同类型的学习。辅助性拼音文字需要专门设计,包括声调表示、文字定型化、分词连写等,都必须有超常规的设计,这些也是全拼音教学成功的关键。全拼音教学将为汉语打造另一种中文表达形态,并助力中文走向世界,成为另一种世界通用语选项。Traditionally,international education is conducted in Chinese characters only,and Hanyu Pinyin is only used as an aiding tool for phonetic annotation.In other words,Pinyin has the function of auxiliary script.Along with the wider spread of Chinese language and diversifi cation of its learners,there is a need to accelerate the promotion of Chinese education.The intro-duction of full Pinyin teaching is a new means to accelerate the international promotion of Chinese,and it is also an experiment of auxiliary script.Foreign learners of Chinese language come from diff erent countries with diff erent learning motivations,and in this sense,there is a need for full Pinyin teaching.From a theoretical point of view,as long as some conditions are met,the concept of full Pinyin teaching of conditional Chinese can be materialized with support of intelligent conversion system between Pinyin and Chinese character.These conditions include(but not limited to)preliminary pronunciation standardization and language-script adaption.Full Pinyin teaching should be implemented step by step,and at least it can be applied during the primary stage of learning.At the same time,“Pinyin+Literacy”and Chinese character teaching still can remain as conventional approach to meet the need of other groups of the students.These are some key factors to the success of full Pinyin teaching.Auxiliary Pinyin teaching as an alternative means requires some special design,including representation of tones,character writing stabilization,inter-space writing between words,etc.,all of these requirements are nonconventional that is beyond a normal orthography and all are very key to the success for full Pinyin teaching.With the introduction of full Pinyin teaching,we hope that it off ers another form to virtually represent Chinese character for Chinese language reaching out to the world and it will provide an alternative in Chinese language internationalization.The teaching of full Pinyin will create another form of Chinese expression and help the Chinese l
