摘　　要：目的:分析2016—2020年青岛市户籍居民恶性肿瘤死亡特征及过早死亡率,为制定肿瘤防控策略提供数据支撑。方法:收集并整理2016—2020年青岛市户籍居民恶性肿瘤死亡数据,采用SPSS25.0软件统计恶性肿瘤粗死亡率、标化死亡率、构成比、死因顺位、过早死亡率及年度变化百分比(APC)。结果:2016—2020年青岛市户籍居民恶性肿瘤粗死亡率波动范围不大,标化死亡率从148.85/10万逐年下降到133.16/10万,APC为-2.47%,变化趋势差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。肺癌、肝癌、胃癌、结直肠癌和食管癌是青岛市户籍居民恶性肿瘤前5位死因,占全部恶性肿瘤死亡人数的74.46%。2016—2020年青岛市恶性肿瘤过早死亡率从7.96%下降到6.93%,APC为-3.25%,变化趋势差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:2016—2020年青岛市户籍居民恶性肿瘤标化死亡率和过早死亡率逐年下降,肺癌、肝癌、胃癌、结直肠癌和食管癌对青岛市户籍居民健康影响较大,建议有针对性地采取综合性防控措施。OBJECTIVE To analyze the death level and probability of premature mortality caused by malignant tumors of Qingd⁃ao residents from 2016 to 2020,and to provide data support for preventing and controlling the malignant tumors.METHODS The death data of malignant tumor in Qingdao from 2016 to 2020 were collected.SPSS 25.0 was used to calculate the crude mortality,standardized mortality,constituent ratio,premature mortality and annual percentage change(APC)of malignant tumors.RESULTS From 2016 to 2020,the crude mortality of malignant tumor in Qingdao fluctuated within a small range.The standardized mortality decreased year by year from 148.85/105 to 133.16/105,APC was-2.47%,and there was significant difference(P<0.05).The top five deaths of malignant tumors were lung cancer,liver cancer,gastric cancer,colorectal cancer and esophageal cancer,accounted for 74.46%of all malignant tumor deaths.The premature mortality of malignant tumors decreased from 7.96%to 6.93%,APC was-3.25%,and there was significant difference(P<0.05).CONCLUSION From 2016 to 2020,the standardized mortality and premature mortality of malignant tumors in Qingdao decreased year by year.Lung cancer,liver cancer,gastric cancer,colorectal cancer and esophageal cancer seriously endangered people’s health.It is recommended to take comprehensive prevention and control measures about malignant tumors.
