摘　　要：血小板是止、凝血与血栓形成过程中的核心成分。而中性粒细胞是人体含量最多的天然免疫细胞,是固有免疫防御的第一道防线。二者胞膜或胞内的蛋白质和细胞因子极为丰富,通过受体介导的激活和释放易于对各种刺激作出快速反应。近年来,在多种血管病变中观察到血小板与中性粒细胞的同时激活,包括动脉粥样硬化,动、静脉免疫性血栓形成,以及肺动脉高压,二者共同作用驱动局部及全身的炎症及免疫反应,继而影响心、脑血管事件的发生。本文就血小板与中性粒细胞通过配/受体的相互激活在上述疾病发生与发展中的作用进行综述。Platelets and neutrophils participate in the process of hemostasis and coagulation in the human body and defend against the invasion of pathogenic microorganisms. Platelets and neutrophils also play an important role in the pathological process of various vascular pathologies. After activation,both platelets and neutrophils release a large number of cytokines into the blood,engaging in immune and inflammatory responses,leading to the release of neutrophil extracellular traps and affecting the occurrence and development of vascular lesions. In this article,we briefly review the progress of platelet-neutrophil interactions and their role in three vascular lesions such as atherosclerosis,thrombosis,and pulmonary hypertension.
