摘　　要：文章概述了全球气候变暖趋势下节能减排的迫切性,从绿色技术和ICT技术结合的视角,分析了“双碳”策略和解决方案,阐述了运营商数智化转型对绿色发展的可能贡献。This paper outlines the urgency of energy saving and emission reduction in the face of global warming,analyzes carbon peaking and carbon neutrality strategies and solutions from the perspective of combining green technologies and ICT technologies,and illustrates the possible contribution of carriers'digital intelligent transformation to green development.
