基于就业导向的武术与民族传统体育专业实践教学研究

摘　　要：文章采用文献资料法、问卷调查法和访谈法等研究方法针对学生的需求,社会对人才的需求等进行调研,武术与民族传统体育专业在实践教学环节上的培养,基本是以理论学习、技能学习为主,实践教学只是辅助学习的一个手段,忽略实践学习,学生在社会实践中需要重新学习,造成资源浪费,基于此原因进行实践教学研究,并提出实践教学模式构建,以培养具有较强的岗位适应能力的人才。This study using literature method,questionnaire survey and interview method according to the needs of students,social demand for talents research,Wushu and traditional sports professional in practice teaching training,basically based on theoretical learning,skill learning,practice teaching is only a means of auxiliary learning,ignore practice learning,make students need to relearn in social practice,caused a waste of resources,based on this reason for practice teaching research,and put forward practice teaching construction mode,to cultivate talents with strong job adaptability.
