摘　　要：体育作为教育的重要组成,对于推进专业课程“课程思政”建设具有重要的作用。文章主要运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法,对《体育概论》课程思政教学内容进行探索。通过结合《高等学校课程思政建设指导纲要》及《体育概论》课程特点,对课程中的思政元素、思政教学目标、方法、案例及评价进行探索与构建,为体育课程思政的教学改革提供一定参考。As an important part of education,physical education plays an important role in promoting the construction of"Curriculum Ideology and politics"of professional courses.This paper mainly uses the methods of literature and logical analysis to explore the ideological and political teaching content of the course"Introduction to physical education".Based on the guiding outline of Ideological and political construction of college courses and the course characteristics of introduction to physical education,this paper explores and constructs the ideological and political elements,objectives,methods,cases and evaluation of Ideological and political teaching in the course,so as to provide some reference for the teaching reform of Ideological and political education in physical education.
