广东独脚金资源调查与种子扫描电镜观察

摘　　要：采用查阅文献、走访调查和现地调查相结合的方法进行广东独脚金资源调查,独脚金种子采用计数和扫描电镜观察分析。结果发现,独脚金野生药用植物资源正逐步减少,部分地区很难找到野生资源。在广东省内调查区域尚未发现有人工栽培独脚金。独脚金种子微小,黑褐色,呈广椭圆形和倒卵状椭圆形,种皮有明显的纵条脊突。独脚金资源已逐渐枯竭,影响其进一步的开发和综合利用。应该加大保护独脚金资源的力度,保护独脚金的生态环境;改进收获时间和采摘方式,促进独脚金种群恢复和资源保护。A combination of literature review,interview investigation and field investigation was used to investigate the resources of Striga asi-atica in Guangdong,and the seeds of Striga asiatica were analyzed by counting and scanning electron microscopy.It was found that the wild medicinal plant resources of Striga asiatica were gradually decreasing,and it was difficult to find wild resources in some areas.There was no cultivation of Striga asiatica in survey area of Guangdong Province.The seeds were tiny,dark brown,broadly oval and obovate.The seed coat had obvious longitudinal ridge process.The resources of Striga asiatica had been gradually exhausted,affecting its further development and comprehensive utilization.It was necessary to strengthen the protection of resources and protect the ecological environment of Striga asiatica;im-prove the harvest time and picking methods,and promote the recovery and resource protection of Striga asiatica.
