摘 要:在全球化、信息化、工业化的背景下,乡村居民的价值观念、生活方式等发生了变化,如何使他们不盲目向往城市,同时又不妄自菲薄,维护传承发展乡村地域文化,并使之转化乡村学校教育资源,是一个现实的问题。这种发展变革的诉求不是简单地依靠理论自圆其说,而是面临一些现实的挑战。乡村学校教育的在地化改革是一项综合的、系统的变革,需要乡村教育共同体的联结、各级政府部门对乡村在地文化资源、生态资源的保护建设和教师在地素养的提升。In the context of globalization,informatization,and industrialization,the values and lifestyles of rural dwellers have changed.How to make them not blindly yearn for the city,and at the same time not underestimate themselves,maintain,inherit and develop rural regional culture,and transform it into rural school education resources,is a very real issue.The demands for this kind of development and change are not simply based on theory to justify themselves,but face some practical challenges.The localization reform of rural school education is a com-prehensive and systematic reform,which requires the connection of the rural education community,the protection and construction of local cul-tural resources and ecological resources by government departments at all levels,and the improvement of teachers’local literacy.
