摘　　要：肿瘤放射治疗学作为肿瘤综合治疗的重要组成部分,具有独特、复杂的特点,不仅涵盖了肿瘤学、影像学、放射物理及放射生物学等多学科,且理论抽象、专业性较强,在住院医师规范化培训背景下,全日制专业型硕士研究生的培养模式具备一定的探讨价值。文章主要是对住院医师规范化培训背景下肿瘤放射治疗学全日制专业型硕士研究生的培养模式进行探讨分析,为进一步完善其全日制专业型硕士研究生的培养模式作出一些思考和建议。Radiation oncology is an important part of multimodality treatment in cancer management,wich has unique and complicated characteristics,not only covering multiple disciplines such as oncology,imaging,radiation physics and radiation biology,but also with a strong theoretical abstraction and highly specialized profession.Under the background of resident standardization training,it is worthwhile to explore standardized training mode of radiation oncologic residents for full-time professional master graduate student.This study is aimed at exploring the standardized training mode of radiation oncologic residents for full-time professional master graduate student by making some exploration and advices.
